"The Riverfront"  Wedding and/or Reception location #1

New addition as of last week!  Direct waterfront Weddings with a mile wide view!  Concrete steps and 6' wide, 36' long aisle and a wide platform with room for the Bride, Groom, Minister, and Wedding Party.  While the average Wedding will be between 50-150 people, there is room for up to 250 chairs on the grass for the guests!!  You can rent a tent of up to 40x60 to cover this space if needed.

 

"The Terrace"      Wedding and/or Reception location #2

*The Riverview Terrace was just completed last week and now allows Weddings, Receptions, or Events of up to 150 people to take place beside the pool and overlooking the majestic Neuse River!!  This space can hold a tent of up to 20x40 if needed.

 

"The Formal Room" Wedding and/or Reception location #3

The formal living room and the adjoining rooms in the mansion can have intimate indoor weddings of up to 30-35 people.  This room is also used for part of the indoor receptions.  The mansion can seat up to 85 people for indoor receptions, and hold up to 100 people for informal events.

"The Courtyard"   Wedding or Reception Location #4

Weddings can be set up directly in front of the mansion on the lawn.  This location can have chairs for up to 150 guests.  The mansion makes a wonderful backdrop for Weddings!

• All of these Packages are based on Saturday Weddings.

Saturdays are primarily reserved for Weddings and Receptions.   Please call for exceptions.  The house rents from Sunday-Sunday or Monday-Monday on 7 night bookings.

Abilena Package #2

• Wedding and Reception on the grounds of the plantation or inside the home

• You get the entire property for 2 days (48 hours)

• The Bride and Groom each get their own room on the 2nd floor to get ready

• There is a nursery on the 2nd floor with a crib if needed for small children

• *You get the use of the home and the grounds for the night before and the night of the wedding.  Up to 14 people can sleep at the house!  The first floor and outside locations are used for the event, the upper floors are bedrooms for the guests. You will have the use of all of our amenities during your stay.

• Extra nights can be added for $495 per night

• Catering from outside vendors is allowed or you have full use of the kitchen to prepare foods or as a staging area.

• White chairs available for the ceremony for up to 60 guests

• Extra white chairs are available for rent for $4 each

• You get the home and the grounds for 3 nights prior to the Wedding and the night of the Wedding.  Up to 14 people can sleep at the house!  The first floor and outside locations are used for the event, the upper floors are bedrooms for the guests. You will have the use of all of our amenities during your stay.

• Extra nights can be added for $495 per night

• There is a nursery on the 2nd floor with a crib if needed for small children

John Williams is one of the most experienced Wedding photographers in the area, as well as the owner of Abilena Plantation.  This package is everything you could ask for in a Wedding Package.  Please remember that these packages can be changed to fit your needs, please just ask!

All Weekend coverage of the Wedding and surrounding events.  Bridal Portrait is included. Engagement session included.  Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner coverage included.  The customer receives all of the copyrights of the pictures and 5 sets of DVD's of all digital photography and written rights to reproduce their photos at a later time if they wish.
